    Superb opportunity for a high calibre admin / reception manager, to lead a highly professional team across the north west region.
    Having day to day responsibility for the front of house and support function systems, your duties will encompass the following:

    - Managing a high standard of customer service, ensuring that this is implemented throughout the Liverpool and Manchester divisions
    - Responsible for the front of house budgets including weekly reporting and analysis
    - General facilities management, ensuring the general maintenance of the buildings are kept in order
    - Overseeing the meeting and diary systems, ensuring the reception areas have adequate resources
    - Monitoring and implementing day to day procedures and systems
    - Mentoring a small team of receptionists
    - Ensuring teams are meeting audit standards
    - Training and coaching staff members
    - Managing the phone and switchboard systems
    - Various other administration tasks

    This is a high calibre position, for which we are looking for a unique candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following areas:

    - Managing reception and diary meeting room systems
    - Budget management
    - Some exposure to facilities management
    - Health and safety knowledge
    - Excellent customer service skills
    - People management / supervisory skills
    - Intermediate IT skills (particularly Word and Excel)
    - Able to travel in between Liverpool and Manchester office locations
