Our client in Liverpool are an investment consulting business and a leading provider of investment consulting services.
A new role has been created for an Investment Consultant to join their team.
Organisation
The company offers customised advice at every stage of the investment decision, risk management and investment monitoring process.
They offer a full range of services to their clients
Duties:
The successful applicant will use their extensive investment experience to provide client focussed solutions for large and complex clients.
In addition the job holder will contribute to the companies future business strategy, direction and focus to help ensure they remain a market leader.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with the development of appropriate investment strategy, manager structure and selection arrangements in a proactive and dynamic way.
You will be required to aim to win new business and extend the range of services provided to current clients
Provide leadership, delegating effectively and acting as a mentor/role model, engaging staff to deliver business results
Qualifications/Experience
You will be required to have an In-depth understanding of the industry, trends in the pension and investment marketplace, investment markets, investment managers and relevant legislation
Those able to think laterally and develop creative, innovative and practical solutions to meet client needs will be greatly received.
You must have either completed or be willing to complete Investment Management Certificate (or other FSA approved exam)
Salary/Benefits
Salary is negotiable but would be int the region of £40,000 basic.
