| My client, a leading bespoke manufacturer within the household market, are looking to recruit a Technical Support Advisor to work out of their offices in Wallasey. If you have excellent customer service skills within a proven technical support role, and want to earn a salary of £17,200 p.a, then read on… You will be dealing with both consumers and retailers, responding to enquiries of any nature. The main duties will involve providing technical information and support over the telephone, providing help and support to engineers whilst on site, confirming charges for engineers and liaising with other departments. A good level of education is advantageous however the ability to demonstrate good grasp of technical issues is essential. In return, you will be offered a basic salary of £17,200 whilst working between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
