Our client in Preston is looking for an experienced enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to take on the role within their busy contact centre. The right candidate must have experience of working to a customer service manager level, have the ability to drive and implement change while assisting in the design and implementation of new processes in order to maximise the quality of performance. In addition you will monitor performance and productivity of centre staff , lead, support, coach, develop and constantly strive to improve . Managing approximately 100 FTE, consisting of frontline team managers and support staff. Your aim is to ensure Team Managers and their teams deliver against agreed performance targets therefore delivering outstanding service.
