Customer Service - £14,729 rising to £15,068 after 3 months, plus bonus – Newton-Le-Willows
My client, a progressive market leader, are looking to recruit an experienced customer service person. Ideally, this will be gained from a contact centre background but is not essential.
You will be dealing with customers, ensuring best advice at all times, making order amendments and up selling products. This is an excellent role for those looking for job security and progression.
In return, you will be offered a fantastic starting salary of £14,729 rising to £15,078 after 3 months. In addition, a £100 per month, performance related bonus is on offer. You will need to flexible with hours as this role requires you to work on a 2 week shift basis.
