A rapidly growing company, based in Birkenhead, is looking to recruit an experienced and confident Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role will run for approximately 6-12 months and is to cover maternity leave. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will be working in a close knit team of four other accounts personnel, in a busy yet laid back and flexible environment. This role requires an immediate start.
You will be responsible for:
-Full remit of purchase ledger
-Daily, weekly and monthly payment runs
-Foreign currency payments; US dollar, euro & sterling
-Supplier statement reconciliations
-Processing expenses
-Assisting with month and year end
