Salary: Basic £25k - £35K OTE (First Year)
Requirement: Experience of at least six months in any sector of recruitment.
This is a vibrant, fast paced sector and our client is a market leader, with an exciting long term plan for expansion.
Our client, a specialist Engineering Recruitment Consultancy, offers a Permanent & Contract service to clients throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion they now require an Engineering Recruitment Consultant that will maintain and develop existing business and use your skills and experience to grow your candidate and client base.
The Role:
You will be providing a high quality service to a specialist sector and will require previous recruitment experience gained within a specialised environment or strong business to business sales experience. You will be placing candidates up to senior and management level so professionalism and the ability to communicate at all levels is crucial.
New business development
Placing candidates into permanent roles within the Engineering and Technical market
Client and Candidate liaison
Relationship building, client meetings, negotiations
Ability to meet targets in a highly pressurised environment
Interviewing, matching and sourcing high demand candidates
Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all times
The Person:
You will have a proven track record in a targeted sales environment and be looking to move into a role where you can develop and provide a superior quality service tailored to your clients requirements. This will require the ability to source high level candidates, negotiate and liaise with senior contacts.
Previous recruitment experience, ideally gained within a similar market.
Evidence of stable work record, career planning and the stamina to succeed in previous roles.
