About you
We are looking for a successful recruitment consultant with either temp or perm recruitment experience. Ideally you'll be of graduate calibre and will have experience of recruiting in the accountancy & finance sector, or similar professional recruitment sector; you will be able to multi-task, and build relationships with candidates and clients, but most importantly you will be skilled in successfully identifying new business opportunities and developing a profitable desk.

About the role
You'll be responsible for managing a desk covering either temporary or permanent recruitment based in an established office in central Chester, and will join a successful team on a warm desk covering recruitment of junior, part qualified & qualified Accountancy or Finance candidates. You'll be involved in the complete recruitment process and will have the opportunity to progress through the company.
