A fantastic opportunity has arisen for talented sales advisors to join one of the FTSE top 100 companies. This large financial company are looking for new recruits for their Business Banking Department. Our client is the main sponsor of the Liverpool 08 Capital of Culture campaign, and requires candidates with the ability to demonstrate experience of working in an outbound sales role in a previous position. Your role will involve making calls to current and new customers of the bank who have requested information about a number of banking products. You are then making that call to the customer, giving them the required information, whilst trying to make a sale.You should be able to demonstrate an ability to work in an outbound sales capacity, through experience of working to sales targets. You should be comfortable talking about how you have achieved your sales targets and how you have managed your performance.Outbound Dialler experience is not essential but would be preferred.Successful candidates should be able to work between the hours of Monday - Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 2.00pm. The starting salary is £14000+ with the opportunity to earn up-capped commission. Top sales advisors are making approximately £3000 bonus per quarter so if you are an excellent sales person you can expect to earn a similar amount.Permanent employees will receive 25 days holiday per annum and a defined contribution pension scheme.
