The role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced client account manager, preferably with a contact centre background. Suitable candidates will be required to manage the day-to-day process of client liaison throughout the client lifecycle (implementation to closedown/migration) for designated client accounts.
You will also facilitate the escalation communication process between the client and the business to maintain the highest levels of satisfaction across all designated client accounts.
It is important that you are able to demonstrate complete understanding of the products and services offered by the client and keep up to date current market records.
Your job role will involve coordinating and facilitating regular meetings and business reviews with the client, to ensure that the continuous improvement is in place to add value to clients business.
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day financial and budgetary management of designated client accounts, to ensure they maintain within agreed parameters to generate profit.
The role will also contain elements of threat of analysis and working with key business partners (including Ops, CCP, HR, IT) to implement mitigating solutions.
The benefits
The starting salary for the role is circa £40k with a non-contribution pension and life assurance plans.22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
The position is due to start ASAP.
