Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are recruitment specialists in the Call Centre market and currently have a range of exciting vacancies.Our client is a large successful Financial Company based just outside Chester and are looking for candidates to join their already established Call Centre departments.Your job role will require· Taking calls from customers· Dealing with queries involving fraud, payment and balance enquiries, lost and stolen cards etc· Balance transfers· Sell card, identity theft insurance and any other products that customers aren't currently taking advantage of. You will need a good, clear tone, professional manner and excellent customer service skills, although prior experience in a call centre is not necessary. This is a temp to perm role so it s a fantastic opportunity to build a career within the company.
