My client is looking for a highly adaptable Customer Service Administrator for their operation in Ellesmere Port. Ideally from a commercial waste services background, your duties will include:
To provide general administrative support to the customer service department
To support and maintain both the telephone and mail systems within the customer service department
To produce accurate invoices, for both internal and external customers
To maintain and file paperwork to the required standards within the department
To produce reports for both the customer service department and senior managers
To process and maintain records for purchase orders
Ad hoc duties as requested in line with departmental needs
Experience Required:
You must have experience using all Windows Office Products, as well as SAGE and ideally Lotus Notes.
