Receptionist required to work for one of the northwests leading independant video production and marketing services houses. This is a temporary contract for a 9month maternity cover which could lead to a permanent position.
Your Main duties will be to meet and greet clients either face to face or on the telephone. general Admin work including typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, shrdding and dealing with the post.
To Create and send out new invoices, Input purchase invoices using sage account system, Assisting with scripting and keying in shot lists, Raising job cards for new jobs which come in, Check all stock is to a sufficient level (drinks stationary etc), Chase up work and money, Send emails and Package up parcels for delivery to customers. you will also be required to help out with other departments as and when required eg. labels onto discs and putting into cases or shells. Company are currently looking to move premises so ideally own transport essential. Preferably candidates with access to Runcorn, widnes and st Helens.
