Experienced Facilities Assistant required with skills in IT and general office duties.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the facilities coordinator and all departments/offices to ensure that targets are met and that process are kept to the minimum with use of technology and following the office procedures. The whole approach is to be very pro-active, flexuble with an excellent attitude. Must have at leats 2 years experience working in a similar role. Up keep of health and safety information and proceedures. working under pressure to meet targets. Willingness to work in other departmental units as required. to deal with inbound and outbound calls from clients who have recently been involved in road traffic accident.
