| Temp - Perm role As a key member of a well organised and highly motivated Operations team, provide a client interface service to ensure that all subcontractors and employees of our Contracting Companies have Project/Assignment confirmations and are paid accurately and on time, in line with our standard operating procedures and best practice. Develop a culture that recognises and practices the importance of a highly client (subcontractors, employees and recruitment businesses) focused organisation. You will be a member of an effective team and will demonstrate a cohesive approach to business challenges and seeking solutions as a team player. Ideal candidates will have experience within a client-orientated service role, be self motivated and have a friendly and professional telephone manner. The ability to quickly build and maintain a rapport with customers together with a flexible, positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential. |
