Job Description
ARE YOU AGED 16-18 AND LOOKING TO START A CAREER IN CUSTOMER SERVICES??
Customer Service Advisors, Admim Assistants & Trainee Sales Advisors.... Our client is now recruiting & has an exciting opportunity to join a Financial Services company in their new offices in central Manchester............
We are offering to fully equip you with the skills and experience to succeed in the modern business world. The apprenticeship diploma will enable you to gain the qualifications to get you ahead of the rest for your future career. Previous successful candidates have been rewarded with responsible roles after the apprenticeship is completed. We promote a fun working environment and good atmosphere, so its a great time to join our young team who are already succeeding.
Good PC skills also required.
Tasks include
- Calling members of the public to carry out a questionnaire, in order to find a need for one of the services
- Setting appointments
- Making calls to new and existing customers
- Dealing with incoming customer service calls
- Any other duties as required
- Updating Client Database
