Job Description

Job Location: Nantwich, South Cheshire

Salary: £23,764 to £32,769 per annum

Status: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

Reaseheath College is one of the premier land-based College located in South Cheshire with an enviable reputation for quality and partnerships with industry.  The College has a beautiful rural setting situated amongst 330 hectares of farms, parklands, lake, woodland and sports facilities, including its own golf course.

Due to the continued expansion of our Agricultural provision at Reaseheath College, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer/Course Manager to join our highly effective and dynamic teaching team. Our campus based farm has new, world class facilities including a top of the range, rapid exit milking parlour and a high welfare, commercial pig unit built to RSPCA Freedom Foods standards.

We are looking for an exceptional, well organised individual to oversee course management and to teach a wide range of learners from Key Stage 4 to HE. You will also be required to deliver commercial courses to industry as part of our employer engagement strategy. An agricultural specialism would be a distinct advantage.

We currently provide courses from Level 1 Schools, Level 2 and 3 Diplomas, Level 2 and 3 Work-Based Diploma and Foundation Degrees in Agriculture. Our clear aim is to deliver the needs of each student and put our learners at the heart of all we do.
