Position

• Due to major global project wins across the business, my client needs to expand its Engineering team and recruit a delivery focused recruitment consultant in Manchester to work across but not limited to; Power & Process, Water & Utilities, Nuclear, Oil & Gas etc..
• This exciting new role is ideal for an experienced recruitment consultant who wants to step away from the traditional 360 role (no sales) and focus purely on delivery for white collar perm & contract mandates.
• There are high volumes of live vacancies waiting for the successful candidate to inherit immediately, and to take advantage of a ‘No Threshold’ commission scheme

Requirement

• You must have proven experience within white collar Engineering recruitment
• Must be procedure driven and able to work to strict deadlines
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Must be able to forge strong working relationships with hiring managers and able to deal at all levels
