Snr/Recruitment Consultant - HR Recruitment - Manchester

Position

• An experienced recruitment consultant is required to meet their current requirements and exciting    expansion for 2012
• A dual desk responsible for both Perm & Temp recruitment solutions, placing HR professionals at all                 levels, Learning and Development staff and In-House recruiters across the North West
• Looking for the successful candidate to grow business and develop your market
• Maintain existing business with unrivalled service levels
• Ensure mutually agreed targets are met

Requirement

• Ideally a minimum of 12-18 months recruitment experience - ideally HR recruitment but NOT               essential
• Alternative sector experience including but not limited to will be seriously considered - Finance,        Marketing, Commercial…
• A self starter with good sales and communication skills
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• React in a targeted environment
• Desire to succeed and progress in to leadership/management roles
