Job Description

Claims Advisory Group are the largest firm in their field which is reclaiming Payment Protection Insurance. We currently employ 350 people in our prestigious Manchester City Centre offices(Queen St, Just behind Manchester Town Hall), but we also operate call centres in both South Africa and Northern Ireland.

As part of our continued and sustained success, we are now going through a 2nd phase expansion process which will involve a near doubling of the workforce - and we want YOU to be part of Manchester's latest Success story!

Whats the Role? You will be making outbound calls to customers who we need something from - it could be that we urgently require a signature on a form, or further information required to process the customers claims - either way you need to be comfortable on the phone and act in an ethical and professional customer centric manner - role will also involve sending out documents and also other general admin duties.

What will I get paid? £12k (rising to £13k after probation)

Hours & benefits either 9 - 5.30pm M-F or 10 - 6.30 M-F or 11 - 7.30 M-F
