Job Description
My client a leading specialist recruitment consultants are seeking a Branch Administrator. Salary £16,000. City Centre Manchester
You will report into the Office Director and solely support a very busy team of 6 busy recruitment specialists. Working as part of the operations team who are based remotely you will provide full administrative support to this team. Your main duties and responsibilities will include;
· Chase consultants for Opt outs and contracts for the company
· Deal with any payment queries
· Contracts new/extensions
· Stationery
· General PA type duties for Director
· Filing
· Post
· Meet and greet visitors
· Liaise with Op's team in Bristol
· Answering phone calls
· Weekly and months figures for Sales reports
· Booking travel / hotels for Manchester office
This role requires a resilient individual who can work to conflicting deadlines This is a busy working environment so organisational skills are key. You must have fantastic attention to detail due to the nature of the work as well as a friendly and outgoing personality. Ideally you will have worked in recruitment previously or in a sales environment. A good knowledge of MS Office is essential. Candidates without a stable work history need not apply!
