Job Description

A position has become available in our busy collections department for an experienced administrator to support the Litigation Team with all aspects of taking a property into possession.

The main duties of this role include:

Arrange and manage contractors for all pending evictions, identifying residential/commercial properties

Review accounts and ensure all animal handlers instructed as and when required

Review account for changes/payments and advise relevant teams accordingly of any issues

Distribute instructions evenly between asset managers in line with pending eviction dates

Maintain Account Management and reporting Systems

Refer to previous visit notes and take relavnt action where necessary

General administration duties

Qualifications/ Knowledge/ Experience required

  • €¢ 1 years in similar role

  • €¢ Administration Experience

  • €¢ GCSE’s Grade C or above in Maths and English

  • €¢ PC skills including MS Excel and Word

  • €¢ Telephone skills

  • €¢ Excellent Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy work load

  • €¢ Strong communication skills.
