A fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Manager has arisen to join one of Manchester's most dynamic Law firms. Experience as a corporate Front of House Manager and a flawless customer service manner aimed at ensuring standards are unrivalled is essential. Daily duties include but are not limited to

Ensuring high levels of customer service an constantly delivered thought the front of house team. Managing a team of ten client support assistants including creating and managing rotas and conducting appraisals, you will also be expected to lead by example by assisting your team where necessary in

Answering the main incoming switchboard with an efficient and professional manner Greeting visitors and assigning site passes Managing the conferencing suits dairy Setting up conferencing rooms for meetings Arranging transport for visitors Maintaining impeccable standard of housekeeping thought all front of house areas Arranging lunches and refreshments for meetings

Essentially the role is to be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all front of house areas ensuring health and safety is closely adhered to at all times and the housekeeping is maintained to the highest levels. The successful manager will lead by example with their professional and polished approach.
