Job Description
My client has requested that we recruit a Payroll Clerk to join its team.
The role is an excellent opportunity to work within an established manufacturing business in Greater Manchester.
The role will involve the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls for 500 staff in a timely and accurate basis. You will be required to set up starters and leavers on to the system, process statutory sick pay, maternity pay and paternity pay. Ideally you will be able to handle manual calculations for tax and national insurance contributions.
Natuarlly as with any payroll department you must be comfortable working to tight deadlines and always strive to achive excellent customer service.
