Job Description
Our client is looking for a Data & Analytics Co-ordinator with a retail background to join the Marketing Team.
The successful candidate will:
Co-ordinate data projects in-line with the requirements of Direct Marketing production team.
Manage data acquisitions such as direct marketing lists, and provide support when needed for direct marketing strategies
Act as main point of contact between the Direct Marketing and IT departments on all data related activities and projects
Act as main point of contact between Direct Marketing and Call Centre on all issues relating to customer data.
Provide full reporting on our Direct Marketing activity, on active and retrospective campaigns
Review, analyse, and evaluate customer data to provide recommendations and solutions to parallel overall business strategies.
Understand packages such as FastStats, Viper, SAS,
SPSS would be highly advantageous
