Job Description
One of the leading Debt Management organisation in Manchester are recruiting Customer Service Account Managers to join the client services department based in Salford Quays. This award winning organisation and specialist in providing resolutions to client\'s debt.
In this role you are responsible to keep contact with the customer after they have signed up on the management plan, you will liaise with then over any issues and you will be required to sort out any concerns or problems that they have. You will be managing a portfolio of up to 300 clients deal and resolving any client and creditor queries relating to your client base, review client\'s financial status, and where necessary negotiating revised pro-rata payments.
To be considered for this role, you must have some experience in customer services or account management and be sales focused with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with clients. Applicant must be driven by working to targets and ensuring deadlines are met.
In return this company offer:
Salary £17000 basis with OTE £20 - £23000
