Job Description

Experienced Outbound Call Centre Agents required to join a busy Call Centre based in Manchester City Centre generating new leads for a well established Debt Management Company. City Centre based OTE £22K.

The role is to act as the initial source of contact for potential clients. You will be expected to extract sensitive financial information about the client to understand whether they are eligible for the services my client provides. My client provides products that relate to Debt Management and Payment Protection Insurance. It will require an individual that has excellent customer service skills and the drive to reach targets to earn commission

This would be an excellent opportunity for an individual who has prior experience of working in call centre and is looking to join a company that can provide a stable career progression. My client has helped over 20,000 customers over the past 8 years and continues to show growth within the market

The Role:

Pro-active communication with Clients to gain a better understanding of their financial situation. To effectively utilise creditor information received in relation to client accounts. Working to targets in a busy call centre working from warm leads. To promote the services of Debt Sales Advisors and products which may benefit their situation.

The Person:

Outstanding communication skills Excellent time management Strong negotiation skills Team player and willing to provide additional support to the department

MUST HAVE relevant experience within the financial sector or working in a call centre environment, applications will not be considered otherwise. At least 3 months within a call centre or adequate sales experience

Salary:

£15,000 OTE £22,000

Location and Shift Pattern:

12-9 1/4 Saturdays
