Job Description
Based Old Trafford.
This role is working within an inbund customer service team. You will initially be supporting the team by inputting all orders accurately, then when you have enough training and information, you will be handling calls from customers and dealing with enquiries.
You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to input information clearly with a keen eye for detail to ensure all orders are processed correctly. This position will involve speaking to customers on a daily basis. A background in a similar position is essential.
