Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are specialist recruiters in the call centre industry and we currently have some exciting part time opportunities to start you career with one of the world-leading financial organisations based on Wavertree Technology Park.
Successful candidates will undertake a 6-week extensive training program, beginning in December, which will enable you to develop your career with this organisation, considered to be one of the top employers of choice.As a team member you will make outbound calls to existing customers about products and services that they will benefit from.
This new role is vastly varied, so ideal candidates need to be confident and have a personality that stands out. The ability to be engaging and build a rapport with customers is vital.
Suitable candidates should have a proven track record in sales, as well as an excellent telephone manner and fantastic customer services experience. Please also note that as the role with a financial organisation, candidates must be willing to undertake a credit check and must be able to provide complete reference information, eligibility to work in the UK and proof of address.
Positions are to start at the beginning of January. Hours of work are Mon to Thurs 1700-2000 and some Saturdays 0900-1530. For this you will be rewarded with a £16k basic (£8.75 per hour) with OTE £25k (pro-rata) plus excellent benefits and career development opportunities such as an industry-leading graduate programme.
