    Salary circa £20K

    Kingsland Wines & Spirits is a well established and rapidly expanding company sourcing wines globally and bottling and supplying both wines and spirits to the UK retail trade. With five bottling lines and a bag-in-box line there has been significant recent investment in all areas of the business including people, plant and site development.

    Due to the continuing growth within Kingsland we have a vacancy for the following:
    Human Resources Officer
    The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
     Generalist experience gained from working in a manufacturing environment
     Working with a HR system and maintaining on a daily basis, including time and attendance
     Recruitment, monitoring and supporting the process from advertising through to appointment ensuring adherence to all company and legislative requirements e.g. references, immigration documentation etc
     Delivering training e.g. Induction, Basic Health & Safety Certificate, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, Manual Handling Certificate etc
     Providing advice and support in respect of union employee and union activities
     In depth understanding of Health, Safety & Welfare e.g. Risk Assessments, health and safety procedures and working in line with current legislation.
     Knowledge of Microsoft Office
     Working towards an HR qualification, ideally CIPD.
