Working for a large financial organisation based in the heart of Kirkby, you will be making outbound calls from existing customers who have fallen into arrears with the accounts.
We are looking for applicants who have a firm but understanding manner when negotiating repayments to suit both the customer and the business. You should also be comfortable dealing with difficult situations.
This is a financial position and all applicants will need to pass a strict credit check which includes looking for CCJ’s and defaults. Those who have a collections background and those who have worked in a contact centre will be at a distinct advantage. Full training and development will be provided with ongoing support.
