My client is an accredited legal firm based in the south Manchester area. They are currently looking to attract experienced Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) Negotiators due to continued expansion of the team into the autumn.
Job Role:-
This role is a mixture of telephone and email based work dealing with the recovery of payments outstanding from third party insurance companies in respect of hire charges, loss of earnings, policy excesses and PAV cheques. The successful applicant with be handling around 200 case files at any given time.
Ideally you will have good telephone based customer/client based experience as a Recovery agent within Motor/Credit hire claims, some knowledge of case law regarding creit hire/motor claims and ideally the understanding of progression of claims to litigation stage.
Benefits:-
Basic salary of £15,000 to £18000 dependant on experience.
Monday to Friday working week with flexible hours, no shifts and no weekends
22 days holidays plus Bank Hols and 3 duvet days per annum.
Pension and bonus.
