Telesales with a difference...Excellent opportunity to earn and progress
I am currently recruiting for an expanding company based in Stockport. Working from there £1 million purpose built office, you will be working for a forward thinking media based sales organisation. My client currently sell into a market whereby they have NO COMPETITORS and ALL the business to date has been done through INBOUND enquiries. They are currently converting 97% of enquires into new customers. We are now at the stage where we want to create and implement an OUTBOUND sales team. We are currently looking for 4 x telesales executives to increase the customer base from 400 to a potential of 2500 [current data available]. My client currently spend on average £10k p/month on trade advertising and are extremely confident any client you speak to WILL KNOW who you are. We are looking to progress people from new business sales into Account Management, the Account Manager's that I have placed with this client are earning no less than £45k.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £18k basic + uncapped commission + other incentives + benefits + career progression
