A dynamic and award winning organisation based in South Manchester, Didsbury are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Executives to join their professional customer services team.

My client is a Business Communications provider who provides fantastic customer services to over 100,000 businesses throughout the UK. Their ethos is to go the extra mile and provide a service of excellence to all their customers.

As part of you r role, you will be responsible for dealing with a range of in depth customers enquires via the telephone and email to resolve enquiries relating to their contracts, billing and payments, setting up customer accounts, resolving complaints.

This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to develop you skills. To be considered for this role, applicants must have gained experience of working within a telephone bases Customer Service role. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, so is the ability to build rapport with customers.
