Contract Manager-Birmingham- Interior Fit Out-£45-55k

My client is a Top UK leading office fit out and refurbishment specialist and has been established over 60 year. They have offices spread throughout the country supplying fit out and refurbishment services as a main contractor to a variety of clients in the private and public sectors.
Specialising in commercial premises, mostly offices, and are highly experienced at working in occupied space.

They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to look after there growing reputation in the North West.

The right candidate will have experience of managing site staff, carrying out the co-ordination, design and construction process, and the activities of the site contractors.
You must also have sufficient Health and Safety training and hold certificates.
