My Client employs our Team Leaders/Team Managers to develop, manage & motivate our Customer Service Advisors.
As a Team Manager within my client expects you to have the following experience:
· A good understanding of call centre operations and principles, specifically at team manager level
· Experience of managing a high-volume customer enquiry or service delivery function
· Experience of people management
· Effective leadership skills
· Ability to coach and develop staff
· Excellent Customer Service Values
