Recruitment Resourcer - Candidate Sourcing – Manchester City Centre

Are you looking for a way into the Recruitment Industry?

We are an established Recruitment Consultancy based in central Manchester and have been in the business for well over 20 years. We are currently seeking Resourcers to join our Recruitment Sales team.

Your role will be to provide an important support function to our Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants in sourcing suitable candidates for a variety of contract and permanent vacancies. You will do this in several ways, placing adverts on the web based recruitment websites, searching a number of CV databases on the internet and using our in-house database. You will talk to candidates to assess their suitability for the roles and submit their CV to the Sales team. Resourcing is a fundamental part of the recruitment process and is important in any area of recruitment. It will provide you with an important skill that you can transfer into Account Management or Recruitment sales, if you wish to move into any of these areas. A majority of our high billing, high earning, Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants joined us as Resourcers and have been promoted quickly!

You will need to be a confident communicator as the role is predominantly telephone based. You will also need to be organised and have the ability to manage your own workload. Training will be provided from day one, and this training will be ongoing. You will be trained in database searching, advert writing and more. Ideally you will be educated to degree level, but this is not essential, and previous experience in recruitment, sales or telesales is not required either, but would just be seen as a bonus. Above all you should have the motivation for learning as Recruitment can be a very rewarding career.

We are based in a very central location, close to all amenities such as sandwich and coffee shops, and within very close proximity to the tram, train and bus stops. We are very flexible and this role can be permanent or on a temporary to permanent basis. We also offer a bonus scheme for sourced candidates that you place as a resourcer.
