You will be working for our fast growing independent division OAcallcentre who are devoted to and specialise in permanent staffing solutions for contact centre recruitment
The role will involve:
· Maintain and develop existing relationships with clients
· Tender for business over the phone as well as face-to-face
· Screening and interviewing candidates
· Skill testing candidates
· New business development
· Increasing revenue
· Generating leads whilst ensuring each lead is followed up
· Managing candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment process
The successful candidate:
· A recruitment background is preferred however not essential
· A proven track record within a sales environment
· Self motivated, determined and a will to succeed is a must
· Target orientated and can work to tight deadlines
· A positive attitude and the motivation to succeed in a target driven environment
