My Client is currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join their growing teams in either there Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. They are currently seeking a
Senior quantity surveyor with claims and dispute resolution experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the range of work carried out in the UAE. This will include assisting others with procurement management advice, commercial management of major projects, expert work, preparation of and response to time and money claims.
The position offers the opportunity for advancement within the practice including the responsibility to manage others in connection with any commission for which the consultant is made responsible, and the opportunity to assist in business development activities.
This opportunity would suit an enthusiastic and committed individual with a desire to learn and to develop the experience already gained in this field.
Pre requisites for this position are:
"Good analytical, written and oral communication skills are key skills required of this position.
"A good first degree in engineering, construction or quantity surveying
"A recognised construction professional qualification in quantity surveying, engineering or building
" A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
" A sound knowledge of construction and contract law
