A new customer services opportunity has arisen with a financial market-leading organisation based in Bootle.This widely respected organisation is looking for a number of talented customer services advisors to work in the business banking department, handling inbound calls from new and existing business customers. You will be expected to assist the customers with queries they have regarding their accounts, and also to carry out investigations to solve any issues or problems they may have with their finances. We are therefore looking for candidates who have experience in dealing with angry and irate customers over the phone. Suitable candidates must have call centre experience to be considered for the role.The position is a temporary role, and is expected to last at least 6 months. Hours of work will be between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Successful candidates may also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays between 8am - 2pm.
