The successful applicant will be working for an established family business. We are looking for target driven individuals. You should possess bags of energy and enthusiasm, be self motivated and with a will to succeed in a competitive sales environment. KPI conversion is a must and is monitored ongoing.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service
• Merchandising of Displays
• Maximise KPI conversion (targets given)
• Liaising with sales administration/ customer service team.
• Manage customer orders effectively

• Communication (By phone/ face to face/ email)

• Basic Keyboard Skills
Rate Of Pay:
OTE £20,000 - £30,000
Hours:
Five days per week (39hrs) to include one late night per week, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Annual Holidays:
Twenty days per year + Lieu days. Holiday period is July- June.
Company Pension Scheme:
The Company offers a stakeholder pension scheme after the 3 month probationary period.
Dress Code:
No uniform is supplied. Dark colours, preferably business suit.
