Bonus: UNCAPPED BONUS, OTE £25,000 to £30,000

Our client a successful consumer debt collection agency based in Salford Quays are looking to recruit Debt Collection staff. Working within a lively and target-driven environment our collectors are responsible for dealing directly with customers to recover consumer debt owed to our clients in the retail, finance, and telecoms industries. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls and use your negotiation skills to arrange payments and settlements of debts making sure our in-house system is updated accurately.

The position requires individuals with a flair for communication and the ability to use initiative to reach an effective solution. To succeed within this exciting and challenging role you must have the ability to empathise and adapt to different people with a confidant and assertive outlook. It is essential that you have experience gained from within a similar contact centre environment coupled with good keyboard skills and enjoy working within a target driven environment.

Salary £14,000 to £20,000 depending on experience, with an UNCAPPED bonus, OTE £25,000 to £30,000
Excellent training package.

Monday to Friday on a weekly shift rota
Early shift 8:00am to 2.00pm including Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm
Day shift: 8.00am to 4.00pm
Late shift: 2.00pm to 8.30pm.
