We are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our small but well-established and expanding team. You must be results driven and able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in your career to date. You will be required to build and develop new and existing accounts, with support from a team that will allow you to hit the ground running.

The Company:
Arctic Personnel are a leading independent recruitment agency based in a fantastic location in Salford Quays. We are at an exciting stage of development, and are looking for someone who will share our commitment to expanding our already successful business. We specialise in the provision of temporary and permanent skilled and trained staff to commercial, industrial and technical environments.

Benefits include an excellent monthly commission scheme, 22 days holiday, free onsite parking. Basic salary will be between £18,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience, and you will be on a unique commission scheme where there is no threshold to achieve, so whatever you bill, you get paid on.
