We are looking to employ motivated and confident people as Claims Handler's for our busy offices in the Fulwood area. This role would require you to offer an excellent level of customer service, and show your ability to make the right decisions.
Handling customers who contact the centre as they are experiencing home emergencies. these can include gas leaks, broken windows and flooding. You will be required to show the customers empathy, understand their distress and give them advice on how to deal with the problem. Call outs by tradesmen are also involved; depending on the severity of the problem.
This job requires no previous experience, as full training will be provided. To be succesful you must demonstrate confidence, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
This is a temporary contract of at least six months. This could go to permanent for the right applicant.
