    Inbound Customer Service roles:

    Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are specialists in the Call Centre recruitment market and currently have a number of exciting permanent vacancies.

    Our client is based on the east side of Warrington and are looking for a number of confident individuals to join their already established Customer Relations team.Your role will be dealing with customers via the telephone, providing first line support. you will also be required to do some administration, which will involve responding back to customers via written correspondence and email.

    All applicants will have a professional positive approach, putting the needs of the customer first at all times and you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of customer service.

    Salary is £14,067 plus bonus, you will have 21 days holiday plus your Birthday off and will be entitled to other Company benefits.

    All applicants must be flexible to work full time around the following hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 10pm, Sat 9 - 6pm and Sun 10 - 5pm.
