Our client is a well established and highly successful telecommunications company who boast an impressive client base of blue chip clients. Currently experiencing company growth they are seeking and an experience and knowledgeable Operations Manager.
Role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be accountable for the successful and profitable delivery of sales and service including a team of customer support advisors. The role is to improve company performance, provide support, drive the department, lead and develop team and be instrumental in the future success of the company.
Key duties will be to ensure targets are met and exceeded, client objectives are met, customer service remain paramount, clear goals are set, policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to and quality, values and standards are continuously improved. This role will see you becoming a key part of the business and you will be given opportunity to implement new ideas, help shape the business and be instrumental in its continued success.
Experience
Need to show evidence of leading and developing a team of advisors and must have experience within an operations role.
Excellent knowledge of the telecoms industry (fixed line, mobile, broadband etc).
You will be process led and highly knowledgeable people manager.
Operational experience within customer sales and service environment
Excellent commercial and financial acumen
