    CALL CENTRE MANAGER
    STOCKPORT
    £40,000 - £50,000 plus bonus (OTE £80k) and company benefits

    Our client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated call centre manager who has led and made decisions that have ultimately impacted on the overall profitability of the organisation.

    Your role will be the management of both inbound and outbound call centre sales and service, being directly responsible for teams achieving their KPI’s and delivering on company expectations.

    You will also be responsible for the morale, motivation and good working practices of a team of team managers and their call centre advisors.

    You will be a results driven individual with a strong character, who will continually seek to improve the call centre processes and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct line management of departmental Team Managers
    • Accountable for implementing and translating the company and department strategy across the contact centre
    • Take accountability for and ensuring the targets set by the Senior Management Team are achieved through creating a culture of high achievement
    • Drive Sales and Retention activity through Service approach and manage client relationships to achieve set targets
    • Identify negative productivity and constantly strategise to implement improvement procedures
    • Liaise with non-operational teams including training and recruitment to plan and manage the deployment of resources to maintain a skilled and effective workforce
    • Achievement of team and departmental objectives
    • Regularly review the activities of the department
    • Team morale/motivation and development
    • Ensure all necessary coaching, 1:2:1’s and individual feedback sessions are being completed
    • To develop existing managers and team members
    • Manage own performance and personal development
