My client are looking for an experienced Administrator for a six month assignment who has preferably worked within a marketing environment previously.
The daily duties for this role include:
x Supporting marketing activities for branch closures and openings alongside the Marketing Executive
x Liaising with Print companies to provide information to branches
x Managing data selections to support all Direct Marketing activities
x Support the creative and print process for Direct mail activity
x Ensure details are accurate for SMS & Email activity
x Liaise with various other agencies
x Support PR activity
x General administration
To be successful within this role you must have excellent organisational skills, good customer understanding and good numerical / literacy skills.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for your lunch.
