Customer Service Advisor - £16,000 - Salford Quays

Whats the salary?
£16,000 OTE £22,000, banking benefits and pension
What does the role involve?
You will be taking inbound calls from your portfolio of around 300 customers dealing with a wide range of enquiries regarding there bank account, ensuring that client retention and excellent customer service is maintained

What are the hours?
Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 5:30, 10:00 to 6:30 or 11:00 to 7:30 and Friday 9:00 to 5:30
