To covert all potential leads generated by other areas of the business advisor and call centre departments into sales using effective sales techniques and relevant compliance practices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.To handle all calls referred from other areas of the business Advisor and Call Centre Departments
2.To generate business equal to or in excess of targets set for the month
3.To sell the Thinkbanking managed bank account service to perspective clients over the phone
4.To maximise the client database by converting every lead potential
5.To ensure all clients are fully informed of what the bank account service offers
6.To ensure all clients are fully aware of what needs to be done to open the account
7.To ensure that computer records and all presale documentation is prepared and distributed to the client
8.To follow up initial calls where no or insufficient documentation has been received
9.To deal with queries from clients during the account opening process.
10.To maintain accurate records of calls taken and made.
11.To administer banking workflows within the given timescales.
12.To undertake any other duties that reasonably falls within the scope of this job.
